"Frosting on the Cake"

Dear Sir,
For the past month or two, we have been looking for a VW EOS.  We looked, and drove several cars but none were quite what we were looking for.  A lot of my effort had been on-line, which is how we became familiar with your company.  You had exactly the car that my wife wanted.
I was somewhat reluctant to call, for a couple of reasons.  First, the distance-as you can see, we live in West Chester, PA; and secondly, we would have preferred to buy from a VW dealer.  Well we called and certainly glad we did. Your salesman, Melvin Rodriguez, did a wonderful job of selling us the car.  He provided us ample time to drive the car (with the top up and down), and answered every question that we had.  The entire experience was just great, and Melvin's offer to deliver the car was "frosting on the cake".  As my wife put it, she now has a new favorite car salesman.  It's unlikely that we will be buying another car, but we will certainly recommend Melvin to all our friends.

" -A Perfect Buying Experience- "

I was in the buying process for close to 6 months.  My prior car was a 2003 Honda Civic, so when it was time to buy a new car I started with the Honda dealerships.  Honda made no attempt to make the buying experience pleasurable.  They were trying to force leases on me and were unwilling to cooperate as it related to negotiating a fair price.  In four separate trips to one Honda dealership in particular, they were unable to put me into a new car.  It took me only three hours at J&S AutoHaus.  I came across the J&S AutoHaus website through AutoTrader and am I glad I did.  Upon my arrival I was greeted by Melvin with a handshake and a smile.  I told him exactly what cars I was there to look at and to get an appraisal on my Civic.  Melvin did not try to sell the car to me, rather he let me sell the car to myself.  I think that is because they know they have quality cars available and they believe in what they are selling.   He let me take out 3 different models of cars before I decided to go with the Acura TL.  He gave me ample time to drive the cars on my own and at no point did I feel as if I was being forced into a specific car or a situation I didn't feel comfortable in.  I drove the car off the lot the same day and could not be happier.  Melvin and the finance director Tim did a great job at putting me in the Acura once I decided I that was the car for me.  They were cooperative and helpful and I was confident I made the right choice and maintain those same thoughts today.
